拉希里·馬哈薩亞（Lahiri Mahasaya，1828年9月30日—1895年9月26日），印度的靈性導師，瑜伽士和宗師。

- 原文：A Moslem should perform his namaj worship four times daily. Four times daily a Hindu should sit in meditation. A Christian should go down on his knees four times daily, praying to God and then reading the Bible.
- 通過自身的努力，與天國的融合是可能的，用不着依賴神學上的信仰[2]
- 原文：Divine union is possible through self-effort, and is not dependent on theological beliefs or on the arbitrary will of a Cosmic Dictator.
- 真正的信心不是盲目的，它源於內在的體驗和直接的領悟，而不是外在的儀式或教條。
- 原文： 「Exchange unprofitable religious speculations for actual God‑contact. Clear your mind of dogmatic theological debris; let in the fresh, healing waters of direct perception.」[3]
