史丹·李（英語：Stan Lee，1922年12月28日—2018年11月12日），本名為史丹利·馬丁·利伯（英語：Stanley Martin Lieber），是一名美國猶太裔漫畫編輯、演員、製作人、出版人和電視名人，亦是前漫威漫畫的負責人兼董事長。
