堪薩斯州
堪萨斯州（英语：State of Kansas）简称堪州，是美国中西部的一个州，位于美国本土的正中心，美国本土地理中心点即位于此州。堪州州名来自印地安苏族的语言，代表了“南风之人”（People of the South Wind）。该州是首个赋予非裔美国人选举权的州，北美大平原也贯穿该州西部，是农业发达的一个地区。
