國際法

國際法，也稱國際公法、萬國公法（區別於國際私法），指適用主權國家之間以及其他具有國際人格的實體之間的法律規則的總體。

For the purpose of this Statute, "crime against humanity" means any of the following acts when committed as part of a widespread or systematic attack directed against any civilian population, with knowledge of the attack: (e) Imprisonment or other severe deprivation of physical liberty in violation of fundamental rules of international law; (一) 為了本規約的目的，「危害人類罪」是指在廣泛或有系統地針對任何平民人口進行的攻擊中，在明知這一攻擊的情況下，作為攻擊的一部分而實施的下列任何一種行為： 5. 違反國際法基本規則，監禁或以其他方式嚴重剝奪人身自由；

• 按照舊式的國際法規則，一個國家的存不存在，與他國的承不承認無關。他國不承認你，你固然可以「夜郎自大」或「關門自大」，但自大歸自大，你只是「事實上存在」而非「法律上存在」；因此你不能享受國際法的各種權利，你沒有國家資格、你並非國際法主體、你是天九牌中的「癟十」。
